Sure. But please kindly keep us posted a few days in advance. We need to check our schedule to see if we are available then.
Yes. The MOQ is between 1000~10,000pcs for different models after sample approval. But it's also okay for us to accept smaller lots like a few dozens, hundreds or thousands for the initial 2 orders after sample approval.
For samples, there is no MOQ requirement. But the less the better (like no more than 5pcs) on condition that the quantity is enough in case any changes needed after initial testing.
It depends. If only a few samples for personal use or replacement, I am afraid it'll be difficult for us to provide because all of our motors are custom made and no stock available if there is no further needs. If just sample testing before the official order and our MOQ, price and other terms are acceptable, we'd love to provide samples.
Since we have hundreds of different products, and price varies per different specifications, we are not able to offer a price list. But we can quote within 24 hours once got your inquiry to make sure you can get the price in time.
Normally we define the noise level (dB) based on the back ground noise and measure distance. There are two kind noises: mechanical noise and electrical noise. For the former, it's related to the speed and motor parts. For the latter, it's mainly related to the sparks caused by the friction between the brushes and commutator. There is no quiet motor (without any noise) and only difference is the dB value.
There are two kind brushes we normally use: the metal brush and carbon brush. We choose based on the speed, current and lifetime requirements. For quite small motors, we only have metal brushes while for big ones we only have carbon brushes. Compared with metal brushes, the lifetime of carbon brushes are longer since it will reduce the wear on the commutator. But for low speed motor, the carbon dust might not be able to burn in time which will cause failure too.
It depends. Normally the shaft diameter is fixed and we can make it smaller but not bigger. But we do can change the shaft length and shape (knurling, d-shape, hole, screw etc.) after evaluation.
We have abundant experience of providing integrated EMI/EMC suppression solutions according to customers’ EMC/EMI standards. The EMI/EMC testing is fulfilled in the 3rd lab and make sure the testing results are correct.
We can use stainless shaft for most of the motors (stainless shaft are standard for part of them) and for our RS-3XX, RS-5XX, RS-7XX, RS-8XX and RS-9XX series, we can use ball bearing on the endcap side.
If you have motor pictures or drawings to show us, or you have detailed specs like voltage, speed, torque, motor size, working mode of the motor, needed life time and noise level etc, please do not hesitate to let us know, then we can recommend suitable motor per your request accordingly.
We have our own inspection procedures: for incoming materials, we have signed sample and drawing to make sure qualified incoming materials; for production process, we have tour inspection in the process and final inspection to make sure qualified products before shipping.
For samples and packages less than 100kg, we usually suggest express shipping; For heavy packages, we usually suggest sea shipping. But it all depends on our customers’ needs.
